The Georgian Terrace Hotel offers ample parking with 700 secure, onsite parking spaces. Both options offer hourly, daily and overnight rates. The overnight rate for Self parking is $30.


The maximum height for all vehicles is 6 feet. Oversized vehicles – those over 6 feet in height – will need to secure alternative off-site parking. 
If you are planning a group meeting, event or gathering at the Georgian Terrace, we're pleased to negotiate a special rate for your attendees.
Monthly rates are available for local residents and/or business people.


While dining at Livingston Restaurant + Bar or Edgar’s Proof and Provision, enjoy up to three hours of complimentary self parking. Please note complimentary parking is excluded during Fox Theatre shows.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you may secure luggage at the front desk until your room is ready. Late check-out is available upon request and is based on the hotel’s availability. Please speak with the front desk. Check-out requests after 1:00 p.m. EST will incur a charge of 50% of the rate of the day. Check-out requests after 6:00 p.m. EST will incur a full night’s room and taxes.

What are the room taxes and fees for my stay?

  • State of Georgia Hotel Fee is $5.00 per room per day


Incidental Charges

A refundable deposit of $75 per stay will be taken at check-in to cover any incidental charges. No cash payment is accepted at the time of check-in. A credit card or debit card is required.

Long-distance calls fee: A connection fee of $6.84 is charged, plus a per-minute rate based on the country dialed. Information on dialing rates can be found in your guest room directory.


Smoking Policy

This Midtown Atlanta hotel is 100% smoke-free. If smoking occurs in your room during your stay, a $250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account


Pet Policy

Pool & Fitness Center

Our Rooftop Pool and Fitness Center is open from 6 am-10 pm daily. The pool is unattended, and a room key is required for access.

Public Transportation

Getting to and from the Georgian Terrace is a breeze. We're 20 minutes from the airport and convenient to public transportation. MARTA is walking distance from the hotel, and you'll have easy access to every part of Midtown, as well as Interstates 285, 20, 75 and 85.

Our concierge knows the city inside and out. He'll be happy to arrange car service or a taxi or a shuttle to the airport. The Georgian Terrace also has a private limousine and driver available to our guests.
